ECOTEST HULL CELL SET

The Hull Cell Analysis Set is the perferct tool for the chemical maintenance of nickel, copper and chrome electrolytes.

With the Hull Cell method the electrolyte depositing quality may be analysed quickly and reliably.

THE HULL CELL ANALYSIS METHOD

A small quantity of electrolyte is filled into the specially shaped container. The corresponding anode, in solid  slab form, is inserted. A polished brass sheet serves as cathode. The plating takes place with a pre-set current and time.

After plating, the condition of the electrolyte can be judged according to the visual appearance of the cathode test sheet, compared to the criteria and samples in the instruction manual.
